Tap Room Information
The Brewery Beer Garden is temporarily CLOSED. Our indoor tap room is also closed for refurbishment and will reopen in early November 2020.
HOUSE RULES WHEN IN OPERATION ARE AS FOLLOWS
We are be operating a Covid Secure venue which requires co-operation between our staff and visitors to ensure we can provide a safe, relaxed and enjoyable environment for everybody during your visit.
This will include limiting our opening hours & capacity, managing circulation, observing two meters social distancing wherever possible, contactless payment, table service and site specific hygiene measures.
If you are unwell, have been in contact with anyone suffering from Coronavirus symptoms, or have been asked to self-isolate, please stay at home, get well, and we'll see you soon!
Please ensure you share this information with everyone in your group.
Visiting Our Brewery Beer Garden
Our Brewery Tap Room (indoors) is currently closed so we will be serving our beer outdoors, where we have plenty of space in our Brewery Beer Garden!
We will be operating table service for draught and bottled beer, as well as food and sodas for you to enjoy on site, with bottled beer to take away too.
You will only be able to eat & drink on site when seated at one of our tables. You can reserve your table via our online booking service with your deposit taken off your first order.
Tables are for a maximum of 6 people (including babies/children). Sorry social butterflies, but you must remain with your table & not circulate, even if you see other people you know. Please don’t book more than one table, hoping to form a larger group.
Please be aware that we are currently operating as a card only venue and will encourage contactless payments as far as possible - so no cash at the moment (sorry).
You must provide your contact details; we will retain this information for 21 days for the purposes of Track and Trace in accordance with government guidance.
In order to guarantee your table reservation, you must arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time.
Please check the weather before you book. We can't offer you shelter within the brewery yet, so please come prepared for rain, sun and everything in-between - it's Manchester, you have been warned :)
Our toilet facilities are located inside the brewery so please bring your face mask. Our WCs will be managed to promote hygiene and social distancing.
Children are welcome but need to remain seated / with you during your visit. Dogs are also welcome but must remain on a lead, at your table within the beer garden at all times.
As ever, we operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you're lucky enough to look under 25 years old, please bring suitable ID.
Please be aware, a booking does not guarantee your entry to the site. We retain the right to refuse entry in accordance with our obligations under licensing and Covid-Secure guidance.
Please note - we are not able to offer a refund of your deposit under any circumstances.
Do You Need to Book?
There will be a limited number of tables available for walk in’s but we'd advise you book ahead if you can.
We can only accept groups of 6 (including babies/children) or less and please remember you will need to share details for Track & Trace purposes on arrival if you haven't booked in advance.
Whilst we are open, we will also be operating our Brewery Bottle Shop for beers to take away and providing a collection service for pre-orders placed on our online mini-keg shop. Take home customers will be asked to place and collect their orders from our pop-up shop in the Brewery entrance.
When visiting the brewery, please be aware that you will be asked to:
- Wait to be seated by a member of our team on arrival
- Respect social distancing at all times (min 2m wherever possible)
- Follow on site instructions when circulating and using the toilet facilities (please bring your face mask)
- Avoid moving tables and chairs & mingling with other groups
- Remember that we are learning too, so please be patient with us
- Enjoy your beer!
Thanks for reading. We hope to see you soon!
