Brewer-Led Tours

Our brewer-led tours take you behind the scenes at our working brewery in central Stockport and guide you through a tasting of four Runaway beers – direct from the source. Try some malt, smell the hops, drink beer from the tank (brew cycle allowing) and find out how our beer is made.

Our Brewery Tours take around 90 minutes. Your tour will include:

A warm welcome & introduction to The Runaway Brewery, our history, ethos and approach to beer
A full explanation of how beer is made by one of our brewing team with an introduction to the key ingredients
A guided tour of our micro-brewery
A tutored tasting of 4 Runaway beers in our brewery tap room, where you can stay on for another beer or two afterwards if you wish.

Private Group Tours

We are happy to arrange private tours and beer tastings on Thursdays for groups of between 10 and 20 people. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer larger group bookings at this time.
